Program

The Charitable program of the Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna» (further Charity program) approved for the purpose defined by the regulations of the Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna» according to the law of Ukraine «About charity activity and charity organisations» N5073VI July 5, 2012.

The Charity program is an integral part of the measures of the Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna» activity of which is directed on creating available conditions for people to get diagnostic service and providing appropriate conditions for the work of medical workers. The Charity program is based on the principles of open transparent reporting, effective use of charitable contributions (donations), targeting and targeted use of funds.

The purpose of the Charity program is to provide accessibility and quality of the medical service by paying the part of the cost of the medical service received by the patient in those medical institutions which the foundation cooperates with and also promote the development of the health care in Ukraine.

The main directions of the Center activity within the Charity program:

1. paying the part of the cost of medical service;
2. purchasing of the equipment for medical institutions;
3. paying the full cost of medical service for people in need;
4. organising and conducting educational activities;
5. organising and conducting seminars for medical workers.

1. Terms

1.1. The Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna» (further – the Fund) implements a Charity program «Dostupne zdorovia»(«Affordable health») – (further Charity program) to accomplish the purpose defined by the regulations of the Charitable organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna».

1.2. The Charitable organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna» carries out activity without making a profit.

1.3. The program is based on the principles of open transparent reporting, effective use of charitable contributions (donations), targeting and targeted use of funds.

1.4. The fund within its powers cooperates with public authorities and local governments, public, religious and charitable organisations (including international organisations) and also with other legal entities and individuals within the current legislation in order to achieve the purpose defined by the founding documents of the Fund and implementation of this Charity program.

2. Purpose of the charity program

2.1. The main purpose of this Charity program is creating conditions for access to diagnostic service for as many people as possible.

2.2. The main directions of the Center activity according to the purpose of this Charity program are:

2.2.1. Paying the part of the cost of medical service.

2.2.2. Paying the full cost of medical service for a certain category of patients.

2.2.3. Promoting professional development of medical workers.

2.2.6. Purchasing medicines, vaccines, disinfection.

2.2.7. Purchasing medical equipment.

2.2.8. Cooperating with legal entities and individuals to accomplish the purpose defined by the regulations of the Charitable organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna».

3. Tasks of the fund

3.1. According to the conditions of the charity program, the fund provides the partial payment of giving specialised diagnostic help for the citizens.

3.2. Realising this program , the Fund works together with medical institutions and laboratories.

3.3. The Fund involves in cooperation benefactors, enterprises, institutions, charitable organisations which are able to promote implementation of the Charity program and achieving the purpose defined by the regulations of the Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna».

3.4. The Fund carries out the involvement of charitable contributions for implementation of the Charity program according to the current legislation.

3.5. The fund contributes to professional development of medical workers holding seminars.

4. Charity activity of the Fund and the procedure for receiving assistance

4.1. Within this charitable program the fund pays for medical service already provided by the medical institution or laboratory. The choice of the patients is made by the medical institution or laboratory itself.

4.2. The fund makes the purchase of medicines and vaccines also means of disinfection and passes it on to the patients. Direct distribution of medicines, vaccines and other means is made by the medical institutions or laboratories themselves.

4.3. The fund makes a purchase of medical equipment to transfer it to medical institutions in the property or in use, including for rent.

4.4. Charitable assistance is provided within the funds raised by the Fund.

4.5. The fund according to the current legislation of Ukraine and its own Regulations may make changes and additions to this Charity program for expansion or contraction of its purpose, and also detailing the Fund’s tasks taking into consideration available resources and organisational capabilities of the Fund.

5. Sources of assets (income)

5.1. Funds and property of the Charity program are formed at the expense of:

5.1.1. Charitable contributions of individuals and legal entities, including the foreign ones.

5.1.2. Funds from grants received from international and other organisations.

5.1.4. Other sources not forbidden by the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. Funds and property received for the program execution are used for realisation of this Charity program.

6. Final provisions

6.1. The charity program begins to act from the moment of its approval by the Meeting of the participants of the Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna» («Blessed family»).

6.2. All changes and additions to this Program are approved by the decision of the Meeting of the participants of the Charity organisation «Charity fund «Blahodatna rodyna»(«Blessed family»).
